Puma Cave

  • x4, 10' x 1" PVC pipe
  • x1, 1" PVC "X" coupler
  • x4, 2' rebar
  • Makes one dome.
  • Pound rebar half way, in a 9'6" square.
  • Assemble PVC pieces, sleeve over rebar and flex into an arc to katty corner rebar. Tension will hold them in place, then tarping to the ground will make it "kite" proof.
  • Overlap as many domes as you want to make it longer.

Bobo's plan to NOT transport 10-foot poles on top of her car

  • Cut each 10' 1-inch PVC pole in half
  • Use a 6" length of 1.25-inch PVC as a coupler
  • Add duct tape to ends of (now) 5' 1-inch PVC so that it's a snug fit
  • Drill two holes through the coupler on each end (with 1-inch PVC inside) and secure with zip ties.
